The reporter asked Mickelson about him wanting to build off of his PGA Championship victory and how he may be upset with his first round +3 score. Mickelson answered by saying…”Yeah, I didn’t play well. But I won the PGA, so.” This is such a Phil response and it’s awesome. He defeated the odds at the PGA and regardless of how he plays the rest of the year, this season it going to be an ultimate success because of his major championship victory. Never change, PHIL!
