Jose Altuve was 5 feet away from hitting his 2nd walkoff Grand Slam last night….

Heading into the bottom of the ninth, the Astros found themselves down 9-4 against the slumping Baltimore Orioles. Things got interesting rather quick as Houston got on a rally with 1 out. 3 straight singles, a hit by pitch, and a walk had the Astros within 3 runs with the bases loaded and Altuve was coming up to bat. Earlier this month, Altuve hit a walkoff GS against the Rangers at minute maid park. Altuve was first pitch swinging and off of the bat it looked like he may have put one in the crawford boxes but it came up just short and the Orioles went on to win 9-7 at Minute Maid Park. The Astros fell to 48-31 but have still been playing good ball as of late. The Orioles improved to 25-54…yikes.
